GRANT OF LICENSE:

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Bim Plugins grants you a 
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

1. USE the BimPlugins Licensing SDK ("SDK") solely for the purpose of developing 
   and building software applications.

2. DISTRIBUTE applications that you have built using the SDK, provided that:
   a. The SDK remains unmodified
   b. The SDK is used only for its intended purpose (license validation)
   c. Your application does not circumvent or interfere with the SDK's functionality

RESTRICTIONS:

You may NOT:

1. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create 
   derivative works based on the SDK or any part thereof.

2. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and 
   trademark notices) on or within the SDK.

3. Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the SDK as a standalone product 
   or library to any third party.

4. Use the SDK to develop any product that competes with Bim Plugins products or 
   services.

5. Attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related 
   features of the SDK or features that enforce limitations on use.

OWNERSHIP:

The SDK is licensed, not sold. Bim Plugins and its licensors retain all right, 
title, and interest in and to the SDK, including all intellectual property rights 
therein. This License does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks 
of Bim Plugins.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:

THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A 
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. BIM PLUGINS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE 
SDK WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SDK WILL BE 
UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

IN NO EVENT SHALL BIM PLUGINS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, 
SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, 
PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR 
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN 
CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING 
IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THE SDK, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH 
DAMAGE.

TERMINATION:

This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will 
terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. 
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the SDK and destroy all copies in your 
possession or control.

GOVERNING LAW:

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the 
jurisdiction in which Bim Plugins is established, without regard to its conflict 
of law provisions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bim Plugins regarding 
the SDK and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
