1. GRANT OF LICENSE Subject to your compliance with the terms of service of Keyva.dev (the "Service"), Kubiq LLC ("Company") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use this software development kit and any associated documentation (the "Software") solely for the purpose of integrating your applications with the Service.

2. RESTRICTIONS Except as expressly permitted in Section 1, you shall not:

Modify or Create Derivative Works: You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software.

Reverse Engineer: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by law.

Redistribute: You may not sell, rent, lease, lend, redistribute, or sublicense the Software to any third party.

Competitive Use: You may not use the Software to create a service or product that competes with the Service.

3. OWNERSHIP The Software is licensed, not sold. Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. This License does not grant you any rights to Company’s trademarks or service marks.

4. TERMINATION This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License or your account with the Service is terminated. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
