IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE.

This npm package and its bundled assets (the "Software") are the confidential
and proprietary property of Clerval. The Software is NOT open source and is
NOT licensed under any open source license (including MIT, Apache, GPL, or
similar).

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

   Clerval grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
   license to use the Software solely in connection with the Clerval platform
   at https://clerval.net (or another server explicitly authorized by Clerval).

2. RESTRICTIONS

   You may NOT, and may NOT permit others to:

   - Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the
     Software except as expressly permitted by Clerval;
   - Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
     derive the source code of the Software;
   - Redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, sell, or otherwise make the
     Software available to any third party except through Clerval-authorized
     distribution channels;
   - Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the
     Software;
   - Use the Software to build, train, or operate a competing product or
     service that replicates or substitutes Clerval;
   - Use the Software except as expressly permitted in this Agreement.

3. OWNERSHIP

   Clerval retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software,
   including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted except
   as expressly stated herein.

4. TERMINATION

   This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this
   Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and
   destroy all copies in your possession.

5. DISCLAIMER

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLERVAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
   ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR
   ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE
   SOFTWARE.
