This software and the accompanying source code, documentation, assets, and related materials
(the "Software") are proprietary to Earthlink SRL.

No person or entity may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, disclose,
host, deploy, sell, transfer, or create derivative works from the Software, in whole or in part,
without the prior written consent of Earthlink SRL.

Permission to use the Software may be granted only by Earthlink SRL under a valid commercial
agreement. Any such permission is limited to the scope, term, and conditions expressly stated
in that agreement.

During the full term of the contracted commercial support period, the licensee is entitled to
receive software updates made available by Earthlink SRL under that agreement, at no additional
license cost unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

After the contracted support period expires or terminates, the licensee may continue to use the
last version of the Software that was lawfully provided during the active support term, subject
to the terms of the applicable commercial agreement. However, no further updates, upgrades,
fixes, enhancements, or support services are included or permitted unless the parties enter into
a renewed or replacement commercial agreement with Earthlink SRL.

Any use of the Software outside the scope of a valid commercial agreement with Earthlink SRL
is strictly prohibited.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE,
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL EARTHLINK SRL BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR
OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF,
OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
