This Velr Runtime Binary Redistribution License (the "License") governs use of
the Velr runtime in compiled, object-code, or binary form, including any
bundled native runtime, shared library, static library, or compiled C ABI
distribution provided by Velr Tech AB ("Licensor").

1. Scope

This License applies only to the Runtime in binary or object-code form.

This License does not grant any rights to:
- the source code of the Runtime;
- any unpublished materials;
- any other software licensed under separate terms; or
- any trademarks, logos, or brand features of the Licensor except as expressly
  stated in this License.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this License, the Licensor grants you a worldwide,
non-exclusive license to:

a) use, execute, and reproduce the Runtime;
b) distribute and redistribute the Runtime, in unmodified binary form;
c) bundle and redistribute the Runtime, in unmodified binary form, as part of:
   - the Velr Python bindings;
   - other Velr language bindings; or
   - your own applications, services, containers, installers, or deployment
     artifacts; and
d) use and redistribute the Runtime for personal, internal, educational,
   evaluation, and commercial purposes.

3. Conditions

You may exercise the rights granted above only if:

a) you distribute the Runtime only in unmodified binary form;
b) you include a copy of this License with any redistribution of the Runtime;
c) you preserve all copyright, attribution, and other proprietary notices
   included in or on the Runtime; and
d) you do not state or imply that the Licensor endorses you, your company, or
   your products without prior written permission.

4. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by this License or by applicable law, you may not:

a) distribute, publish, or provide access to the source code of the Runtime;
b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or
   create derivative works of the Runtime;
c) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, attribution, license, or other
   proprietary notices included in the Runtime;
d) use the trademarks, trade names, logos, or branding of the Licensor except
   for reasonable factual attribution identifying the origin of the Runtime; or
e) represent the Runtime, whether alone or bundled with other software, as
   being licensed under an open source license.

For clarity, redistribution of the unmodified Runtime together with bindings,
applications, or deployment artifacts is expressly permitted under Section 2.

5. Ownership

The Runtime is licensed, not sold. The Licensor and its licensors retain all
right, title, and interest in and to the Runtime, including all intellectual
property rights therein, except for the limited rights expressly granted by
this License.

6. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback relating to
the Runtime, the Licensor may use that feedback without restriction and without
any obligation to you.

7. No Support or Maintenance

The Licensor is not obligated to provide support, maintenance, updates,
upgrades, patches, or fixes for the Runtime under this License.

8. Termination

This License terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.

Upon termination, you must cease distribution of the Runtime. Sections 5, 6, 7,
9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE RUNTIME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR
THAT THE RUNTIME WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE RUNTIME.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
LICENSOR OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS,
REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE
RUNTIME OR THIS LICENSE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE
LICENSOR AND ITS LICENSORS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE
RUNTIME OR THIS LICENSE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EUROS (EUR 100).

11. Compliance with Law

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in
connection with your use and distribution of the Runtime.

12. Entire Agreement

This License is the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the
Runtime in binary form and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous
understandings regarding that subject matter.

13. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Sweden, excluding its conflict of law rules, unless otherwise required by
applicable law.
