NOTICE: This software and all associated source code, documentation, designs,
algorithms, and materials (collectively, the "Software") are the exclusive
property and confidential intellectual property of BiVelio Inc. ("BiVelio").
The Software — including but not limited to the "bivelio-privacy-gateway" /
"BV-PRGA" (BiVelio Privacy Redaction & Gating Algorithm) design, its detection
and redaction architecture, protocol adapters, the BV-LIC licensing scheme, and
any derivative concepts — constitutes valuable trade secrets and proprietary
information of BiVelio.

PATENT RIGHTS. BiVelio expressly reserves all patent rights in and to the
Software, including any pending, filed, or issued patents and any inventions
embodied in the Software. No patent license, express or implied, by estoppel or
otherwise, is granted by the disclosure or distribution of the Software.

NO LICENSE IS GRANTED. Unless a separate written agreement signed by an
authorized officer of BiVelio expressly states otherwise, no right or license,
by implication, estoppel or otherwise, is granted to any person or entity.

The following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED without the prior, explicit, written
authorization of BiVelio Inc.:

  1. Copying, reproducing, or storing the Software, in whole or in part, on any
     medium or system not owned and controlled by BiVelio.
  2. Distributing, publishing, disclosing, sublicensing, selling, renting,
     leasing, lending, or otherwise making the Software available to any third
     party.
  3. Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works from the
     Software.
  4. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software, except to
     the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  5. Removing, altering, or obscuring any proprietary, confidentiality, or
     copyright notice contained in the Software.
  6. Using the Software for any purpose other than a purpose expressly
     authorized in writing by BiVelio.

Access to the Software is provided on a confidential basis. Any person granted
access must maintain the confidentiality of the Software and use it solely for
the internal purposes authorized by BiVelio.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
BIVELIO INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN
AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Software, or any portion
of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be
prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.
