TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

"Software" means the Glyphh AI software, including source code, documentation,
examples, and any associated files provided under this license.

"You" means the individual or entity exercising rights under this license.

"Commercial Use" means any use of the Software intended for or directed toward
commercial advantage or monetary compensation.

"Competing Product" means any product or service that provides similar
functionality to Glyphh AI, including but not limited to semantic encoding,
hyperdimensional computing, or deterministic knowledge retrieval systems.

2. GRANT OF RIGHTS

Subject to the terms of this license, Glyphh AI LLC grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to:

  a) Download, install, and use the Software for development, testing, and
     evaluation purposes at no cost.

  b) Use the Software in production environments in accordance with the
     applicable pricing and licensing terms published at https://glyphh.ai.

  c) View and study the source code for educational purposes.

  d) Create modifications for your own internal use.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

  a) Redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software
     or any portion thereof to any third party.

  b) Use the Software to create, develop, or contribute to a Competing Product.

  c) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, patent, trademark, or other
     proprietary notices contained in the Software.

  d) Use the Software in any manner that infringes the intellectual property
     rights of Glyphh AI LLC, including the pending patent.

  e) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any compiled portions of the
     Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  f) Use the name, logo, or trademarks of Glyphh AI LLC without prior written
     permission.

4. PATENT RIGHTS

This license does not grant you any rights under any patents owned or controlled
by Glyphh AI LLC. Use of the patented methods embodied in the Software requires
a separate patent license, which may be obtained through a commercial license
agreement.

5. PRODUCTION USE

Use of the Software in production environments requires a valid license key
obtained from Glyphh AI LLC. Free tier limitations apply as published at
https://glyphh.ai/pricing.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
GLYPHH AI LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER
IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL GLYPHH AI LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS;
OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR
OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

8. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license
will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any
of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software
in your possession.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of
law provisions.
