1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
   use the Herozion software in binary form solely for the purpose of
   analyzing your own source code for security vulnerabilities and
   performance issues.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   a) Copy, modify, merge, or create derivative works of the software.
   b) Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
      derive the source code of the software.
   c) Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the software to any
      third party.
   d) Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the
      software.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   The software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Herozion Team
   and title thereto remains in Herozion Team. All applicable rights to
   patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets in the software are
   and shall remain in Herozion Team.

4. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL Herozion TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR
   OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE
   OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION
   This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate
   automatically if you fail to comply with any term herein. Upon
   termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

7. GOVERNING LAW
   This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
   applicable law.
