This project is licensed under the **GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0)**.

### Key obligations under AGPL-3.0

- You must disclose the source code of any modified versions you distribute or make available over a network.
- If you run a modified version of this software as a network service, you must make the source code available to users of that service.

## Commercial License

A commercial license is available for organizations that cannot or do not wish to comply with the AGPL-3.0 terms — for example, if you want to:

- Embed mdql in proprietary software

## Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

The name "mdql" and the marquela brand are trademarks of Rasmus Groth and may not be used without permission.
