## 14. Governing Law

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written commercial license, this license shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any dispute arising from this license shall be resolved in the courts located in Québec, Canada, unless otherwise required by law.
