This license governs use of the accompanying software ("Software"), which is the
proprietary and confidential property of Asymmetric ("Licensor"). By installing,
copying, or otherwise using the Software, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by
the terms of this license. If you do not agree, do not install or use the
Software.

1. Grant of License.
   Subject to your compliance with this license, Licensor grants you a personal,
   non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to
   install and use the Software in object/compiled form, solely to interact with
   services and resources provided or authorized by Licensor.

2. Restrictions.
   You may not, and may not permit any third party to: (a) copy, modify, or
   create derivative works of the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or
   disassemble the Software, or otherwise attempt to derive its source code,
   except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
   (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer
   the Software; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices; or (e) use the
   Software to build a competing product or service.

3. Ownership.
   The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and
   interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
   No rights are granted except as expressly set forth herein.

4. Termination.
   This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if
   you breach any term. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software
   and destroy all copies in your possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty.
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability.
   IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
   LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM,
   OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE
   SOFTWARE.
